METHOD OF USE

10 gr of product are useful for a sponge cake of 500 gr. Put water, eggs, sugar and upright in the planetary, then add the other ingredients. After mixing with a few whip circles, mount at medium speed. After about 7-8 minutes you will get a soft and voluminous paste perfectly assembled.
